A Set of Mudpuppy Constructibles from Top Toy Box.
I’m sure that I used to play with something similar in plastic when I was little! The Multi-award winning Constructibles Set consists of 25 interlocking pieces in five basic shapes in a rainbow of colours (with each colour named on the piece). There’s no right or wrong way to build with these and encourages childrens hand to eye co-ordination, promotes problem solving skills and encourages creativity and imagination. This set could provide hours of fun for your little ones!
If you haven’t already stumbled across the Top Toy Website then you’re in for a treat. With a little one coming up for 15 months at Christmas, Role Play Toys are top of our list. In particular we like the Wooden Cutting Vegetables and the High Tea Shape Sorting Set which is so cute. Wooden toys are both longlasting and lovingly made, and you can read about the benefits of Wooden Toys on the Top Toy Box Blog.
Sarah Pritchard is the Founder of Top Toy Box and mother of two little girls says. “We wanted to offer toys with high educational value but which are not dry or boring or prescriptive – in short, educational toys which are so much fun your children will not even realise that they’re learning! After all, there is no doubt that the way children learn best is through play. And so we have searched far and wide for educational toys of the highest quality. We have the top toys from the best manufacturers as well as some more individual handmade toys which you won’t find on the high-street. Take a look at TopToyBox to see toys and games from British firms John Crane and Orange Tree Toys, Pintoy, SES Creative, as well as the very best award-winning toys from America, including Melissa & Doug, eeBoo and Mudpuppy. All of our products are CE certified.”
