Lamaze Tilly Twinklewings

Our New Range from Lamaze – We’re huge fans of Lamaze, and to be fair your hard pushed to find a tot that doesn’t have at least one Lamaze toy of some sort.

We attended Baby Sensory Classes when our daughter was only five months old and gained insight into the importance of all senses when babies develop from sound, texture and colour.

All Lamaze Toys have multiple features with crinkles, bells, ribbons, contrast colours, squeaks, teething aids and more.

We have added some new Lamaze friends to our range and most are suitable from birth so make an excellent choice for a Newborn Gift.

Lamaze Tilly Twinklewings

Lamaze Tilly Twinklewings. Suitable from birth – £12.99

Tilly has got to be my favourite at the moment. As well as being lovely and pink and soft she has the following features:

  • A colourful mane and tail
  • Clip Clop Hooves
  • Crinkly Shiny Wings
  • Suitable from Birth
  • Lamaze Loop for hanging

365 Day Penny Challenge

#365daypennychallenge – I’ve just found a post on the 365 Day Penny Challenge where each day you add a penny plus one. So it would go like this:

1st January = 1p
2nd January = 2p
3rd January = 3p
4th January = 4p
5th January = 5p

I think you get the gist. So each day you add a penny plus one so on the 31st December you would add £3.65 to the pot.

This would amount to a whopping £667.95 just by adding to it each day.

I think I’m going to have a go at this. We need to catch up a bit so we need to put away 21p to catch up as we’re now on day 6.

Whose with me?

We’ll link it up to our twitter account which you can follow at @babynotincluded with the hashtag #365daypennychallenge so you can count with us.

What a great way to save up for Christmas, Birthday or to put towards a holiday.

New Year Sale 2016

New Year Sale 2016

So I’ve been a little bit slow on the concept of a January Sale, but unlike many retailers our January Sale is in fact taking place in January ha ha.

We had a lovely Christmas with THREE Christmas’ with family and then a day of rest or so we thought. Like, possibly the rest of the entire world we spent the Monday rearranging the house to fit in the abundance of gifts that our Children had received and sorting out things that they don’t use or play with any more.

We aren’t really sorted in that respect as yet (we haven’t even taken the tree down yet) but we do mentally know what we will be donating to Jelly, our local Children’s Charity Shop.

Back to some sort of normality today with the restarting of School/Work/College which is nice as we all know where we have to be and what day it is!

So as you can see from the images in this post we have 16% Off Everything on site which include items already in the sale page for the whole of January.

So to celebrate the New Year have a look at what we have. Stock up for those impending births, birthday’s, christenings or just to treat the little ones.

Here’s wishing us all a Healthy and Happy 2016 and beyond.

My Secret Santa

Everyone loves a Secret Santa right?

Well I thought I did until I was given the task of buying two secret santa presents and it sent me into a panic about making sure I bought a cool/funny/appropriate present, one for somebody that I do know and the other for a fellow blogger who I’ve never met.

I’d like the blog to be more than just a portal of showing off my new products on site ( if you’re interested) , but something a little bit more interesting to read and with my rabble I’ve got more than enough stories to share. So when Beth from Life as a Mum blog started a Blogger Secret Santa I jumped on board.

So in preparation I did a bit of blog stalking of my Secret Santa and really loved her blog and writing style. I was very impressed with her ability to create such an amazing income from her blog and that’s as much information I’m going to give with it being a “Secret Santa”.

And on the other side of the Secret Santa is the present that I received.

I’m quite used to receiving things in the post, but when the post arrived that day I just knew that this was my Secret Santa present.

This is what I found inside.

Secret Santa with

I was a bit unsure whether or not I should open the present and it turned out that I had a choice, so I decided to wait until the Big Day before opening my gift. I did, however, recognise the print from Paperchase so was a tad excited as I have a bit of a stationary habit.

Isabelle was NOT happy at the site of a gift that not only was she not allowed to open, but one that wasn’t for her!

It was very nice to hear that the person I bought for liked her gift as I ummed and ahhhed about it to the point of over thinking.

So what did I get?

IMG_1165I got a writing set with a matching pen and mug which feeds my stationary habit and of course I am a big tea drinker so I can settle on down and drink tea and write.

A Big Thank you to Beth for organising and a huge Thank You to the person who sent me my present.

Hope you had a lovely Christmas and a Great New Year x

Happy New Year from

Happy New Year from

Happy New Year from

We’re looking forward to 2016 and all that comes with it. I don’t like to make New Years Resolutions as I’m not that great at keeping them. If I deny myself something, that will be the ONLY thing that I want and my rebellious side kicks in and thats that!

We’re hoping to get out and about and into the community more this year in and around the Exeter area so you may see us about. We’ll keep you up to date with our whereabouts.

For all of you non-Exeter guys, our online shop is of course there for the browsing and shopping 24/7.

Make a wish x
